The Procurement and Contract Management System (PCMS) helps manage projects/activities and the service providers who bid to work on them. The system ensures that all project details are properly recorded, that the bidding process is clear and well-organized and that service providers are monitored to deliver on projects/activities.

Main Features of the System:

• Tender Registration
  Allows team to create and manage information about tenders, including project details, funding sources, and advertisement timelines.
• Bid Registration
  Contractors or service providers can submit their bids to take part in available projects. The system records each submission and links it to the relevant Tender.
• Bid Evaluation
  Tender details are updated when bids are closed and Evaluation commences.
• Contract Agreements
  Contract Agreement drafts and awards.
• Contract Management
  Allows team monitor and report on the progress of projects/activities.
